Job Responsibilities:

  • Attending to internal Lease Audit (Legal and Rental / Closing Memos): Reconciliation of contents of Lease correspond with Minutes, Offer, FICA requirements, Letters of Acceptance, including checking the correctness of the aforesaid documents as prescribed by OMF Properties Protocol.
  • Legal List: Assist with the management of Lists and the compiling of the information, with the Legal Advisor’s ultimately responsible for accurate capturing of provided in the Legal List.
  • Ensuring that all administrative actions are detailed and accurate, and adequate records are kept of same if applicable. Communication to employees timeously.
  • Ensuring that all administrative actions are detailed and accurate, and adequate records are kept of same if applicable. Communication to employees timeously about sick and annual leave as prescribed by OMF Property Shop Protocol.
  • Prepare Agenda/Minutes of various internal Meetings, follow up on actions/matters arising to include in draft agenda, for Chairperson to check & send out
  • From time to time the Legal Administrator can be tasked to assist with ad hoc projects by a team’s outside of Legal.
  • Assisting in the driving of deadlines and updates with the team.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Leasing / Legal Administration or Properties experience essential
  • Matriculation Certificate (Matric) (Required)
