Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act.
- To provide Capitec Bank and the Board of Directors with guidance and services in relation to their duties, responsibilities, and powers and also any laws relevant to, or affecting, the company.
- Facilitate compliance with generally accepted corporate governance practices
- Administer shareholder matters, meetings and communication in line with the requirements of the Companies Act

Qualification & Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing a company secretarial function in a listed company
- Previous experience in managing a team within a similar environment
- Proven experience within company secretarial function within a banking environment
- A relevant post graduate degree in Finance or Law
- Registered as a Chartered Secretary with Institute for Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)
- A relevant degree in Law or Financial Management
