Job Description:
To provide a general administration, financial and logistical support services to the Business Unit, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative functions
- Provide a financial support function
- Assist with fleet management logistics
Job Requirements:
- Communication skills
- Computer Literacy, including MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Time Management
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Writing skill and telephone etiquette
Qualification & Experience:
- 3-year Administration experience
- Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 and languages / Diploma / Certificate in the relevant function at NQF 4 with 120 Credits.
