Job Description:

To provide a general administration, financial and logistical support services to the Business Unit, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out administrative functions
  • Provide a financial support function
  • Assist with fleet management logistics

Job Requirements:

  • Communication skills
  • Computer Literacy, including MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Time Management
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Writing skill and telephone etiquette

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3-year Administration experience
  • Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 and languages / Diploma / Certificate in the relevant function at NQF 4 with 120 Credits.
