Job Description:

To fully analyze balance sheets and put together executive summaries for submission to relevant Credit Managers or Head of Credit

Job Responsibilities:

• Communication
• Financial Analysis – Analysis of Audited financials and ratios
• Attention to detail
• Admin – Excellent management of the day to day admin within the allotted portfolio.
• Compiling Exec Summary of Credit Applications – Accurate And comprehensive assessment of the background, needs and affordability of a credit application.
• Collateral / Security – Ensure that the daily collateral report and security is in order and in line with sanction.
• Meeting SLA’s
• Team Work with sales and other departments
• Daily Reports – Daily control of reports ensuring action is taken when necessary and ensure these are signed off daily

Job Requirements:

• Ability to read and fully analyze Financial statements
• Finance Knowledge
• Problem solving
• Accounting Principles
• Prioritizing Quality orientation
• Analytical thinking
• Excellent computer skills in word and excel
• Full understanding of Financial Ratios

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years Banking and a minimum of 2 years in a Credit Analyst Role
• BComm or Banking Degree / Diploma or working towards a Financial Diploma or degree
