Job Description:

This is a full-time position. The nursing sister will be required to administer and co-ordinate all the medical needs of our boarders, as well as provide support for the day scholars during the week, and be available with medical support for mid-week and weekend sports fixtures.

Job Requirements:

• An understanding and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety issues;
• Computer literacy;
• Passion & enthusiasm for the profession;
• Able and willing to uphold the Christian ethos, Mission and Vision of the school;
• Highly recommended, desirable requirements:
• Basic Health Care qualification;
• 3-5 years’ experience, preferably with teenagers in school environments;
• Active participation in the daily life of the school
• Good communication, administration and inter-personal skills;
• Licenced to dispense medication;
• Resourcefulness and assertiveness;
• Evidence of clearance with the Child Protection Act and Sexual Offences Register.
• Pro-active and client-focused;
• Diploma in nursing;
