Job Requirements:

• Ability at continuous assessment, recording and reporting on learning outcomes
• Ability to facilitate learning through an integrated curriculum approach. (Experience in inquiry-based learning will be an advantage.)
• Computer literacy with specific competency in being creative with using online teaching platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, enthusiasm and flexibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skill in planning and classroom management
• Experience in fulfilling the role of a class teacher, being responsible for all learning areas
• A recognized degree and/or a 4-year professional teaching qualification
• A sound knowledge of the curriculum
• SACE registration
• Understanding of 21st-century learning and constructivist teaching methodology
• Energy, self-motivation and initiative.
