Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to supply first line operational and technical support to store users across systems and applications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Telephonic and On-line SAP support
  • Stock take preparation, execution and reporting
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Goods movements between stores
  • Training and Workshops POS (VBS / VSM) support – first line only
  • In-store support, coaching and guiding

Qualification & Experience:
