Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for checking invoices: ensure all supporting documents are available before it is processed. Ensure exceptions and queries are addressed in a timely and expedient manner and escalated to appropriate management where applicable.
  • Assist with call centre, record calls and issue purchase orders for work as approved by manager
  • Liaise directly with walk-in queries related to supplier or employee queries
  • Issue groceries and stationary to TFS staff as and when required
  • ISO 9001; 14001 & 18001 – Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Standards:
  • Conduct daily inspections of various areas to ensure standards are adhered to by TFS staff
  • Ensure effective filling system onsite for both TFS & MBSA is implemented and maintained for all site related documentation, these will include work orders, job cards invoices and certification
  • Adhere to the TFS’s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System’s Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Planning and organisational skills
