A creative and exciting position has arisen within the Marketing department of Sneaker Factory. As a conceptual yet practical and team oriented person, you will be responsible to design and produce all Marketing requirements across the Sneaker Factory brand. This will include print and dynamic digital content in order to deliver an excellent marketing and customer shopping experience.

The Creative & Graphic Designer lead would therefore be required to provide print artwork execution and digital content to all our digital platforms through performing the following duties:

  • Design of various print elements for store campaigns and various store communications
  • Social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
  • Website creative: banners, landing pages, etc.
  • Emailers and email banners
  • Media Buying creative
  • Animation advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creative strategy, campaign content and design direction on multiple brands, buy working with Trade Marketing and Digital teams.
  • Custodian of the overall brand CI – Strong Brand CI coordination across brands.
  • Translate and conceptualise the season through the line ATL/BTL /TTL
  • Produce exceptional creative work within the scope of the brand and creative brief, and present these ideas to team
  • Briefing of creative teams and external partners
  • Be able to effectively visualise concepts (2+3D) and drive translation with design and Visual teams.
  • Attend all photo shoots and location visits, providing direction to photographers to meet clients brief.
  • Take responsibility on photo shoots, through pre-production, the shoot day and post-production.
  • To confidently influence and persuade at all levels.
  • To be able to make decisions and meet deadlines whilst working in a fast-paced pressurized environment.
  • Understand store design processes and inclusion of store design meetings
  • Designing of marketing communications as well as content generation to be used across all digital assets & channels
  • Conceptualisation and production of fresh ideas for online/ digital material
  • Executing against briefs
  • Ensuring all work aligns to brand positioning & guidelines
  • Manage the creation of marketing material from concept and design to final artwork
  • Working closely with photographers, retouchers, suppliers and printers
  • Constant creation and conceptualisation of new and fresh ideas
  • Facilitate reproduction and printing

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years previous experience as a Graphic Design
  • 3-Year Qualification in Graphic Design (Essential)
  • Repro knowledge
  • High level of creativity and has the ability to be innovative
  • Understanding of digital principles
  • Up to date with key digital & industry related trends
  • Efficient use of (Apple Mac) DTP system, Illustrator as well as Photoshop, and InDesign is essential , premier pro (adobe) or after affects & Adobe suite
  • Added skills photography and videography
  • Great Art direction, managing of teams and understanding of photography processes
  • Solid understanding of print processes, substrates and repro
  • Strong planning (studio/dept) and time management abilities
  • Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be responsible, committed and have an excellent eye for detail
  • Have high integrity and good values.
  • High level of resilience and emotional maturity
  • Must have an extremely high work ethic – take responsibility of creative produced
  • Have high sense of accountability
  • Has a knack for good design, great layouts, & balanced compositions and able to take creative direction and feedback

Experience in managing photo shoots beneficial

Experience in store design beneficial

A portfolio is essential for all interviews – Only original artworks will be accepted.
