Job Description:

The Retail Systems Analyst will drive the implementation of sound financial systems to deliver reliable and accurate stock and margin financial information. To translate financial and accounting business requirements into detailed system design specifications to enable the development of quality and stable solutions. To provide strategic oversight around the system architecture and system designs across the finance landscape. The objective of this role is to focus on the highly complex system integrations for finance retail processes. This requires a deep understanding of financial stock processes as well as understanding the key levers that impact the retail WAC calculation. Strong technical accounting and analytical skills are required to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. To ensure optimal performance and stability through continuous improvement and enhancement of retail stock accounting and reconciliation solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct System Maintenance, Security and UAT
• System Support and Training
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Conduct research, analysis and business requirements
• Develop Finance Information Technology strategy implementation plan

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years – ERP systems experience
• 10+ years – Systems and business analysis experience
• 5-8 years – Financial management / accounting, or supply chain experience

Qualification & Experience:

• Honours Degree in Finance Accounting / Business / Mathematics
• CIMA / CA (SA) (Desirable)
