Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage potential risk related to all skills development activities
- Manage and submit SARS IT180 Submissions
- Manage and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure on time delivery of projects
- Plan, complete and submit annual WSP and ATR
- Prepare and submit BBBEE audit evidence (SD Element)
- Assist broader People Shared Services according to resource needs (valley periods, emergencies, projects
- Monitor and track absorption of learners to positively impact the BBBEE scorecard for the FY
- Continuous focus on identifying risk to delivery and timeous escalation of any deviation to policy and company practise
- End to end implementation of all skills development initiatives identified to support the achievement of the SD component of the BBBEE scorecard
- Manage compliance to relevant SETA’s internal and external audit requirements by implementing and maintaining the QMS
- Contribute to the annual WSP and ATR submission:Support the Talent Development Manager in the development, management and control of the Skills Development budget in line with the Skills Development Learning strategies
- Continuous focus on identifying opportunities for improvement in skills development processes
- Plan, complete and submit annual BBBEE SD scorecard data (SD Element)
Job Requirements:
- HR Degree or relevant Qualification (essential) e.g. OD-ETDP
- Proven experience in managing SETA and Industry funded skills development initiatives end to end, from grant applications, project management and managing the company’s accreditation, to managing the Claims process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of proficiency in verbal and written English
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- At least 8 years functional experience in Talent and Skills Development across the board (essential) of which at least 3 years have been in a SDF role
- Proven project management experience and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven planning and organising skills
- Knowledge and experience in B-BBEE SD Scorecard Management
- Passionate about the user experience/customer service
- Registered as a Skills Development Facilitator
