Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the Hinterland warehouse environment: * Ensure profitability by achieving the expected standards on sales and income through the daily management of retail staff productivity within the branch * Management, control, and optimization of stock to drive sales * Optimise service processes within the branch to enable staff to provide excellent customer service * Continuously meet all service evaluation criteria * Ensure optimum trade operating profit is achieved by effectively controlling and managing all store expenses * Recruit, develop and manage direct reports * Bi-annual assessment of staff performance

Qualification & Experience:

2 Years relevant experience in a warehouse environment, with * 1 year on a supervisory level * Relevant Agricultural Product knowledge * National Senior Certificate
