Job Description:

Placement of transport fuels to contracted and spot customers, ensuring optimal allocation of volumes for the highest return in line with Sasol strategy. Providing the customer support, management of supply contracts, term sheets and service level agreement negotiations. Implementing contract terms and conditions. Developing customer relationships in order to maximise both short and long term margins by providing highest level customer support and implementing contract terms and conditions where applicable. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve company objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver solutions which contributes to business results and improved competitiveness
  • To devise and execute a contact management plan in order to serve and retain customers
  • To address all issues identified during the annual customer survey to ensure superior customer satisfaction
  • Supply Agreements and Service Level Agreement
  • Statutory compliance and professional practices
  • Provide monthly forecasting and weekly nomination in order to maximize pipeline capacity and optimise plants
  • Manage the pricing, product and service package with customer
  • Manage customer relationships, specifically:

Job Requirements:

  • Understand complex processes at customers including industry specific knowledge.
  • Have extensive experience in negotiating group agreements at senior levels.
  • Basic knowledge of plant operation will be advantage
  • 10 years relevant experience including in sales environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system

Qualification & Experience:

  • Relevant B Degree
  • MBA/L will be an advantage.
