Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure outstanding documentation is received from intermediaries.
  • Follow up on outstanding and/or incomplete FICA, FAIS and Replacement Forms (RPAR’s) documentation via email and telephonically.
  • Approving of all SCI and SATRIX documentations on the AWD system.
  • Receiving and checking of SCI and SATRIX New Business documents and FAIS records for all new investors.
  • Correspond with clients via email, letters and telephonic
  • Scanning and signing of SCI and Liquid documentation and sending to relevant consultants.
  • Receiving and sorting requirements and forward the information to the correct departments.
  • Follow-up on incomplete FAIS and FICA documentation.
  • Receiving and checking of SCI and Sanlam Liquid Nub documents and FIAS records.
  • If FICA and FIAS is not received do regular follow ups according to SLA

Qualification & Experience:

  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years related administration experience
  • Grade 12
  • Experience within the Broker/Adviser Services or NUB environment will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Sanlam office systems and processes
  • Knowledge of document management processes, FAIS and FICA.
