Job Description:

We are looking for a talented, passionate Microsoft Developer who enjoys working with Microsoft technologies in challenging projects together with a highly-skilled team of passionate and inspiring colleagues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and developing world-class solutions within a cross-functional team. We’re looking for a developer to contribute towards sustainable, intuitive and functional solutions that meet business needs. The candidate will have an impact on the technical direction of our applications and shape the success of the employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct or assist with troubleshooting and debugging of developed solutions in development and production environments
• Attend and provide input in team and stakeholder meetings relating to technical and architecture requirements
• Plan, design & develop innovative solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies ranging from backend integrations to frontend interfaces
• Contribute towards well documented, quality, tested and reusable solutions, ensuring development is followed through to completion that is in accordance with team standards and the solution specification
• Conduct internal knowledge sharing sessions on developed solutions and best practices

Qualification & Experience:

• Relevant IT degree/diploma
• Matric
• Working experience with Microsoft, Power Platform and Microsoft 365
• 3+ years of development exposure and/or experience
• Relevant Microsoft Certification highly recommended, and will be considered beneficial
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, Powershell, AD beneficial
