Job Description:

Responsible for the design, implementation, execution, and evaluation of the overall Talent Management strategy along with the entire employee lifecycle to develop, engage and retain employees. This comprises Talent Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Management, and Diversity and Inclusion. The role also tracks progress on development and retention initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge with management assessments and feedback giving practices
  • Time Management Skills
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of business environment and its implications for talent processes
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and related legislation
  • Understands performance management, succession planning, development programmes and Methodologies

Qualification & Experience:

  • Honours Degree or NQF8 Equivalent in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology Required
  • Degree or NQF7 Equivalent in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology Required
  • Registered Psychometrist with HPCSA
  • 2 Years Supervisory Experience in a Mining Environment Required
  • 5 Years Talent Management Experience Required
