Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    Creditor reconciliation
  • Process & match Invoices to PO’s
  • Resolve vendor queries
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Arranging couriers.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings/ booking meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and properly authorised PO & Invoice process in line with Company Policy
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Job Requirements:

  • SAP experience – preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of pallet management, Purchase orders, reconciliations
  • Excel experience – required
  • Minimum qualification – Matric
