Rand Water Jobs – Workshop Assistant

Job Description:

Rand Water is looking for candidate to assist the Artisan with repairs to bodywork of Rand Water vehicles and equipment, e.g. cars, trucks, LDV”s tractors and heavy machines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Artisan with repairs on vehicles
• Assist Artisan with special equipment e.g. hydraulic pumps, spray gun, body file, grinding and sanding down
• Conducts small spray jobs without supervision
• Maintain and adhere to SHEQ legislative and corporate stands

Job Requirements:

• Communication skills
• Vehicles panel beating skill in the workshop enviroment

Qualification & Experience:

• Grade 12
• 2 years exprience in a panel beating workshop
• Be able to write quotations on damaged vehicles
• Code EB Driver’s license and PrPDP
