Job Description:

The Audit CoE  division is looking for an Audit Manager with a strong auditing background. The ideal candidate will need to have experience on Large and small Clients across the various industries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Staff management
  • Development and coaching of staff seconded to CoE
  • Direct interaction with audit clients
  • Monitor costs
  • progress and finalisation of audit work allocated to the CoE
  • Compliance with PwC audit methodology
  • Business development
  • Interaction with audit teams across various industry groups, including planning,
  • Manage the audits of the financial statement line items (“FSLI”) allocated to the CoE
  • Manage work in progress and debtors
  • Risk management
  • Relationship building with audit teams and audit clients

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Specialist industry knowledge IFRS experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Self – motivated
  • Ability to market PwC services and to establish contacts in the marketplace
  • Ability to multitask
  • Display sound leadership skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 1-4 years post articles experience
  • Qualified CA(SA)
