Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with staff if and when training has been completed .
• Ensure accurate audit of all load sheets from department concerned .
• Highlight backlog to HOD
• Ensure grocery team has received and signed off the above
• Any findings during audit must be corrected and brought to the attention of the HOD .
• Credits to be processed and updated on working papers timeously
• Ensure all load sheets are received timeously from department concerned for audit
• Collect and validate training certificates and update training schedule including both physical and electronic .
• Compile monthly recon for account and engage with key stake holders for feedback
• Ensure all credits have been validated and scanned to the grocery team .
• Assist with monthly and audit prep verification

Qualification & Experience:

• Three years relevant experience
• Grade 12
• Sound knowledge and recognition of building material is essential
