Job Description:
To manage all of aspects of the day to day running of the Pick n Pay DTP studio and taking responsibility of studio outputs and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team adheres to RMS workflow processes
- Manage and resolve job escalations at a senior level to ensure the smooth running of the account
- Ensure quality of productivity is consistent, on time and accurate
- Liaise closely with relevant stakeholders in assigning work allocations and managing creative deadlines
- Demonstrate an understanding of the business objective to motivate the team in providing outputs that deliver an optimal return on investment for the client
- Executing, analysing and communicating all studio output reporting
- Lead point of contact with the Creative Agency, managing communication and reporting across cross functional streams
- Manage complex projects as and when required

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years leading a team
- Sound knowledge of the RMS system
- Minimum of 7 years experience in working in a DTP studio
- Tertiary qualification (Marketing/Retail) preferable
