Job Description:
The Quality Coordinator’s focus will be on customer satisfaction and customer orientation, legal compliance and delivery of service within the scope. She/he will identify gaps and risks in NOH’s service delivery, report and recommend measures to address and rectify gaps. She /He will participate in Quality, Training and the Health & Safety aspect of the service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide annual training needs of the staff to the Operations Manager
- Risk assessments conducted within 12 months, risk registers and action plans are up to date
- Incidents and alerts are investigated and appropriate actions taken within specified time frames
- Ensure to assist all NOH to comply with ISO 45001:2018 standards
- employee and staff files
- Utilise audits as a training and learning tool to improve the quality of the service.
- Promote personal skills training
- Ensure staff is trained on the POPIA and legally accepted documentation and recording is done correctly
- Ensure that documentation is standardised across all sites and that relevant information is reflected on the
- Facilitate training on all NOH staff on IMS
Job Requirements:
- Business industry knowledge
- Bilingualism
- Sound Occupational Health knowledge, quality improvement programmes and the ability to conduct & interpret audit reports
- 2 years management experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in Occupational Health
Qualification & Experience:
- Occupational Health Qualification
- Diploma in Nursing Management or equivalent ( Preferred)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Current registration with the South African Nursing Council
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
