Role Purpose

Analyse requirements and provide solutions that enable the achievement of goals, the provision of services and the finding of business, information and process efficiencies across the Insurance business on behalf of the various requirement stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Identify and prioritise the business requirements.

Interpret the business requirement in line with operational requirements and define what data and information is required which includes the correct method of analysis to be performed and reports to be generated.

Provide expert analytical knowledge in the line of business area addressed and ensure that the data access tools/components support the analysis and decision support requirements.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse business requirements to deliver analysis and solution artefacts as needed.

Develop business requirement specifications according to standard templates

Analyse business requirements to deliver i.e. business requirements, business processes, business rules, use cases, functional requirements, and GUI, Screen and solution designs

System Support

Document Business Processes

Suggest possible solutions, process and enhancements

The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have

Relevant degree or Recognised Business Analysis Certification

5 years’ minimum proven industry related experience interacting directly with end users, in similar position in the telecoms environment., AND

2 year experience in management or supervising a technical team or a business functional team of at least 5 people
