About the job
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about IT Technical support for users at our Head Office, DC’s and Divisional Offices – both remotely and in-person. The candidate will need to be comfortable working alone, within a team and must be able to interact with business users at all levels. The individual must have the ability to research and learn on the job. The candidate should be technical minded with strong troubleshooting skills for computer desktops as well as have a strong customer service background. The candidate should display good telephonic & email etiquette and be able to log service requests and incidents via the CA system, and respond to emails in a timeous professional manner.
