Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of the stock master
• Monitor and manage the accuracy of the pharmacy stock system
• Coordinate stock holding processes in hospital

Job Requirements:

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Understanding and applying the Charging Policy for Pharmaceuticals (CPP)
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical products
• Stock System management systems
• Business process understanding
• Pharmacy policies and procedures
• AS400 system (specifically the pharmacy modules such as ordering, distribution and stock holding)

Qualification & Experience:

• 3 Year stock control experience in either hospital pharmacy or theatre, Unit Administration Assistant (UAA) experience
• ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 (with Maths)
• Working in a private hospital pharmacy
