Job Responsibilities:

• Display self-management in all situations (Self-control, assertiveness, respect
• Ensure access to CRO department and staff at all times when on duty
• Deliver quality service with the available resources and assisting all patients, visitors and members of the public with transport assistance and directions
• Ensure all activities are focused on betterment of the clients’ experience
• Report all incidences and or near misses to the allocated person in charge of the Unit/Hospital before the end of his/her shift and ensure completion of all necessary documentation before end of shift
• Do full patient rounds 3 times per day with immediate escalation of identified issues with management
• Assist with the management of patient complaints including full reporting and escalating of details to management

Qualification & Experience:

• 1 year Marketing/ Client relations experience
• Hospital experience will be beneficial
• Good people skills
• Drivers License
• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
