Job Responsibilities:
Manage the overall planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of ICT Business Application programs and projects; Manage the overall planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of ICT Infrastructure programs and projects; Manage administrative support for the implementation of ICT programs and projects; Manage Service Level Agreements of service providers; Provide effective financial and people management.

Qualification & Experience:
An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Information Communication Technology or equivalent as recognized by SAQA; 5 years’ experience at a senior/ middle managerial level in ICT of which 3 years must be in Project Management; Knowledge and understanding of Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, Prince2); Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile and Waterfall Methodologies), ICT Strategic Planning, Policy Development; Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, Government financial processes and systems
