Job Description:

Provide comprehensive and effective fleet administration management services to core departments and entities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute Fleet Cost and Finance Management duties on behalf of the Unit Head:
  • Execute Fleet Risk & Liability Management duties on behalf of the Unit Head
  • Execute Fleet Support & Logistical Management duties on behalf of the Unit Head:
  • Execute Fleet Administration Management duties on behalf of the Unit Head

Job Requirements:

  • Negotiation, interpersonal and client relation etiquette.
  • Communication (verbal and writing) skills;
  • Risk assessment and evaluation techniques;
  • Analytical capabilities and report writing skills;

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in Public Management/Administration/or related (NQF level 7);
  • Grade 12/NQF level 4;
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience within the Fleet Management/Contract management or related environment;
  • Valid driver’s license.
