Job Description:

To deliver a holistic and professional Beneficiary Care offering through efficient and effective Sales and relationships to Private and Umbrella Retirement Funds, Brokers and Retirement Fund consultants, bank and non-bank clients with a view of client retention and the acquisition of new business (Beneficiary Care).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that for all costs there is a benefit realised.
  • Accountable for the execution of the sales strategy and service tactical plan across the business including the driving of sales campaigns.
  • Takes responsibility for own learning and development. Live the Bank values.Encourage fellow team members to express their views, help resolves issues raised by the team, escalate issues if required, and provide feedback to Sales Manager on an on-going basis.
  • Accountable for the cost management of expenses.
  • Analyse stakeholder business and making recommendations for opportunities to utilise our product offering.
  • Develop and maintain an open communication channel.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Beneficiary Fund Sales.
  • Experience in dealing with Retirement Funds – Private Funds and Umbrella Funds.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS). Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to the Retirement Funds and Beneficiary
  • Funds industry and services.
  • Completed Matric with Relevant Tertiary qualification, Sales or Marketing
  • Certified Financial Planner will be advantageous.
