Job Description:

The Do More Foundation is on the look for a Logistics Co-Ordinator. This position needs a person that is good with numbers, excellent with data, and has good interpersonal skills, as they will always be engaging with varying beneficiaries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collecting and accurately capturing beneficiary data of children, meals provided etc
• Build models to assist with planning, costing, and budgeting
• Manage the monthly stock reconciliation and stock counts
• Calculation of the profit/loss on stock sales
• Planning porridge
• Assist the partnership team with submitting funder reports with supply of data
• Logistics
• Assist the partnership team with proposal budgets based on porridge data
• Orders from Randfontein
• S18A receipts
• Vetting all organizations that the foundation works with
• Production forecasts
• Beneficiary deliveries confirmation
• Beneficiary planning based on funder contributions
• Calculating models for the number of meals provided by the foundation

Qualification & Experience:

• Must know logistics & distribution principles & practices
• 2-3 years in the logistics role
• Planning & costing of stock
• A 3-year Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain
