To support a holistic human resources employee enablement service utilising human resources tools and services to facilitate a positive, sustainable employee experience within a value-based culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enable transformation through fair HR practice
- Facilitate shared service
- Coordinate employee wellness, engagement initiatives and related events
- Enable optimal workforce management system usage
Job Requirements:
- Transformation fair practices
- Human Resources policies and procedures
- Employee benefits and remuneration policies
- One to one facilitation skills
- Event coordination and initiative facilitation
- Workforce Management systems and application
- Nursing workforce systems
Qualification & Experience:
- Advanced National Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources
- 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or related environment
