ISASA Vacancy – Marketing and Admissions

Job Description:

Etham College seeks to employ a Marketing and Admissions Co Ordinator who must be a highly driven, confident and efficient person, responsible for assisting in creating a strong brand, selling the school to the Hilton Community and surrounding areas, converting interest into enrolment, hosting walk -in parents and learners, managing and attending road shows, activations and open days.

Job Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into enrolments.
• Arrange and Attend all Road Shows, Activations, Open Days and any other marketing events.
• Answer application and enrolment enquiries in a timeous manner.
• Administer the complete admissions process (including re-registration) for the whole school from initial enquiries to the first day at school, including the completion of the registration process and all other associated paperwork.
• Create and manage Social Media and other online platforms.
• Host prospective learners and parents on and off campus.
• Obtain leads via various Marketing Channels.
• Photograph events and activities.

Job Requirements:

• Previous school marketing and admissions experience will be an advantage.
• Strong Public Speaking ability.
• Experience in D6 will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience.
• Experience in managing social media platforms.
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Display excellent inter-personal skills.
• Strong administrative background.
