Job Description:

Mentors will report to the Executive Director and work closely with the OISESA Professional Assistant in planning and implementing all the required logistics for the school visits, the communication around the evaluation, together with the generation of the various documents and comprehensive reports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder management
  • Conducting quality assurance visits
  • Training of school evaluation teams
  • Report writing and administration

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrate an innovative approach to mentorship throughout the evaluation process
  • Ability to compile and write concise but comprehensive reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills
  • Very strong client orientation
  • Ability to meet frequent and diverse timelines
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
  • Very strong presentation and communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven facilitation skills, to run a successful and smooth quality assurance process
  • Proven computer literacy skills (Intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams for online training)
  • Experience in conducting quality assurance evaluations
  • At least 7 years’ experience in a senior management role in a school (Head, Deputy, Bursar)
  • Experience in mentorship
