Job Responsibilities:

• May involve supporting computer hardware and software as well as networking systems in use in Cornwall Hill College; set-up, configuration, use, and troubleshooting of Chromebooks
• Create users
• Remove users that have left the school
• 1st level support on Google Workspace
• Responsible for inventory, reporting, deploying / removing Chrome hardware accessories / applications / devices to include Chromebooks / Tablets and break / fix for a
• fast paced environment
• Promotes end-user satisfaction
• Tracking and updating calls through LogIT ticketing system
• Promote users yearly
• 2nd level support in Workspace apps
• Research new applications that can be beneficial to the School
• Managing users in Google Workspace Admin console
• Installing/configuring/upgrading Chromebooks and Tablets

Job Requirements:

• Sound technical knowledge of data projectors and speakers
• Reading and keeping up to date on trends and developments
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends when required
• Google certified administrator, with at least one year of support experience in a similar environment
• The candidate needs to be a team player and help his / her colleagues where possible
• The candidate must be self-motivated and develop himself
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
