Job Description:

We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for taking on strategic initiatives. Ensuring that all project requirements and schedules are effectively managed. Responsibilities include but not limited to driving project deliverables, preparing status reports for formal and informal forums, and establishing effective delivery plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Business satisfaction within the project transition period.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Engage with project team members to identify, resolve & track issues.
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Frequently engage and coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements and schedules.
  • Obtain Business acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Ensure that the initiative obtains approval from all respective forums
  • Obtain scope and budget approval from Key Stakeholders
  • Driving project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience as a Tech project manager is a plus
  • A Project Management Certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Budget management experience.
