Job Description:

You demonstrate tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done. You are passionate about technology and using software tools to build an industry leading People Team. As a Specialist on our team, you will serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact in several of the people operations focus areas. You will also be cross trained in the overall work activities of people operations and be flexible to support other activities as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in assessing and evaluating the organisation’s pay structure
  • Provide support in other activities in People Operations as needed.
  • Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys.
  • Shaping foundational people processes by finding the perfect balance of employee experience, efficiency, and budget.
  • Administration support for the People Operations Team.
  • Serve as point of contact for all employee benefits.
  • Aligning our people practices with our business objectives and company goals.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.

Qualification & Experience:

  • A bachelors’ degree in Human Resources / Organisational Psychology / related.
  • Ability to work within a distributed team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience working in a scaling tech company with exposure to either an all-remote or hybrid environment.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in dealing with Payroll and employee benefits.
  • Experience using technology to automate processes.
