Job Description:
To provide an effective PA function to the HGR EXCO Team thus ensuring effectiveness to deliver operational efficiency in order to meet our internal and external stakeholder expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Screening & answering phone calls for EXCO
- Collation and distribution of monthly minutes
- Conducting or preparing any research that the EXCO member may require
- Compiling of quarterly board packs
- Organising & planning internal & external meetings
- Assisting EXCO with logging calls for IT helpdesk support
- Ensuring all invoices received are signed off and paid within the agreed time
- General administration and ad-hoc projects
- Organising Catering for Farewells & Events
- Compiling presentations
- Organising travel, visa’s, accommodation, car hire & transfers for the HGR staff
- Assist in submission of EXCO expense claims timeously
- Diary Management for the EXCO Team

Qualification & Experience:
- Knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an EXCO PA
- Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant PA Qualification such as PA Diploma, Business Managment, MS Office
- Business or Relevant Degree would be advantageous
