Job Responsibilities:

• Group reporting deliverables
• Group functions (Legal and compliance, Tax, Treasury)
• Mutanda Senior Management and departmental managers
• Leadership to finance teams
• Copper Marketing
• Copper Africa CFO and regional teams
• Local fiscal regime and risk management
• Copper Finance Service functions (Business Analysis and Planning, Financial Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Transaction Services)

Job Requirements:

• Pro- active, accountable and self- motivated
• Need to be adaptable, flexible and entrepreneurial
• Highly numerate, with good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Commercially astute
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to absorb and work under pressure in a demanding environment
• Technical knowledge of accounting principles and robust control environment
• Ability to work well in a team

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to manage teams based in multiple locations
• Strong leadership skills
• CA(SA) (or international equivalent, i.e. CPA, etc.)
• Educated to a relevant Post graduate commerce
• Advantageous to demonstrate post qualification studies or soft skills development
