Job Responsibilities:

Manage, facilitate, monitor and reporting on the Service Delivery Improvement initiatives. Facilitate the development of Service Delivery Improvement Plans. Assess the efficiency of service delivery interventions including service delivery agreements. Manage, facilitate, monitor, coordinate and reporting Batho Pele programmes. Facilitate and coordinating the responses to the complaints management system to OoP. Represent the department in National Departments, DPSA and OoP on all Batho Pele programmes and Service Delivery Improvement initiatives. Facilitate the coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the departmental OMF Deliverables. Facilitate the development and the review of the departmental services delivery model. Manage monitoring and compliance of the set service standards at all service points against service agreements/service commitment charters

Job Requirements:

A National Diploma (NQF 6) or equivalent qualification in Public Administration/Public Management/Social Sciences or related field as recognised by SAQA. A relevant Post Graduate qualification in the related field is an added advantage. Five (5) years’ experience in service delivery monitoring / performance management monitoring & analysis / insight development, of which 3 years should be at middle managerial level. A valid drivers’ license. COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of All different contract options for leases.
