Job Description:
As part of the People Shared Services that will provide excellent service and employee experience for over 23,000 employees the HR Frontline Processor will identify ,process and resolve employee queries, delivering a first class customer service experience by remaining committed to treating customers fairly and with integrity. The scope of the work to be performed will be mainly Inbound Customer Service to internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Superior service delivery experience and adhering to SLA’s and quality standards
- Respond to customers queries in a timely and professional manner
- Direct queries to the correct subject matter expert
- Effectively engaging with customers through various channels and platforms e.g Whatsapp, Telephone etc
- Manage online and inbound queries for internal and external customers
- Inform customers about the process to be followed to resolve queries
- To provide efficient first-time service completion of administration delivery while providing an all-round
- Ensuring first line resolution SLA’s are delivered
- Categorising queries with the necessary information
- Process all relevant first line administration across HR functions
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in a customer service call centre environment, HR and data processing
- Min of 1 year in customer service /query management function
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proven time management and planning skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Matric/Grade 12
- Ability to work independently
