Job Description:

To resolve customer queries and provide technical advice as the maintenance subject matter expert. The incumbent facilitates the vehicle maintenance process and ensures customer service excellence

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
  • Resolves customer queries and provides technical advice
  • Monitors operating costs and enables cost saving efficiencies
  • Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources
  • Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team
  • Facilitates the vehicle maintenance processes
  • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
  • Optimise work through the application of learning experiences
  • Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards

Job Requirements:

  • In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience – Two years technical vehicle experience Call centre experience advantageous
  • Minimum Qualification – Grade Twelve and Petrol and Diesel Mechanic Certification (MerSETA)
  • Preferred Qualification – Grade Twelve and Petrol and Diesel Mechanic Certification (MerSETA)
