Job Description:
The Sales Insurance Manager manages marketing referrals and proactively seeks out and realises opportunities to increase sales and maximise non-interest revenue from value added products. The incumbent ensures customers and dealers are knowledgeable about products and facilitates training for the Organisation’s sales staff. The incumbent formulates dealer strategies that will ensure growth is achieved and profitability is maximised. The incumbent interrogates numbers to identify trends and develop plans to counter these trends.

Qualification & Experience:
- Experience – Five years in insurance or in the banking industry
- Minimum Qualification – Grade 12
- Preferred Qualification – Diploma or degree in sales and marketing
