Job Description:

The Contact Centre Marketer increases new business production by ensuring the speedy validation of income and the conversion of approved applications The incumbent is responsible for offering service excellence to the independent F&Is and guiding them on the latest electronic offerings, compliance and governance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
  • Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
  • Delivers on service targets to increase business production
  • Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources
  • Optimise work through the application of learning experiences
  • Drives efficiencies through the optimal use of automated processes and systems
  • Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards
  • Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team
  • Adheres to compliance and internal motor governance processes

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification – BComm degree in Business Management or Marketing
  • Experience – Six to twelve months experience in a contact centre aenvironment An understanding of motor processes and procedures Sales experience is advantageous
  • Preferred Qualification – Honours degree in Business Management or Marketing
