Job Description:

To drive sales and profitability targets by establishing and building sustainable key relationships across all channels, product houses and segments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer query resolution
  • Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
  • Apply governance and ethical practices
  • Execute sales campaigns to promote products
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders by sharing information within and across teams for development and improvement
  • Budget control within area of responsibility, identify opportunities for efficiencies
  • Manage product sales pipeline
  • Manage own development by assessing own performance and request training
  • Educate stakeholders on products
  • Customer service monitoring and improvements
  • Track and achieve predetermined sales targets
  • Manage various internal and external partnerships effectively and establish rapport with stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification – BCom Degree
  • Experience – 5 years sales and service experience in financial services
