Job Description:
The reporting to the Regional Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to assist with the daily operations of the Regional Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting management with the HR portal
- Fleet, fuel and company fleet management
- Filling of all relevant documentation (Numerically and Alphabetically)
- Assisting and resolving Branch and Clients queries; Telephonically and electronically
- General Office duties and assistance
- Ordering of monthly stationery and refreshments
- Assisting management with their duties as requested
- Keep record of Polygraph Examinations
- Capturing payroll orders on the Payroll system
- Booking of travelling/ accommodation for CIT Manager
- Issuing of PO and Capex’s
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients and personnel at all levels

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification & Experience:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal communication and client liaison skills
- Strong planning, leadership as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Strong administration and organization skills
- Previous experience in Branch Administration an advantage
- Own transport essential
- Computer Literate
- Minimum Matric Certificate
