Job Description:

To provide a General Administrative support service in Training Groups

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track and trend Training Department purchase orders and material stock.
  • Maintain training information databases.
  • Administrate, maintain and control training administration processes
  • Perform SAP related duties for the respective Training Group
  • Prepare training materials and aids for training sessions.
  • Collate and maintain asset registers.
  • Perform department procedure records configuration management.
  • Update training material in electronic format
  • Invigilate examinations
  • Compile statistical reports and provide an administrative service which includes typing.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of training documentation, systems and processes
  • Group Learning Facilitation
  • Knowledge MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power point) (Computer Literacy)
  • Individual Learning Facilitation
  • Knowledge of SAP and Eskom software applications
  • Assessor
  • Have high level of drive and motivation

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2 Years’ experience in Training administration and statistics
  • Grade 12
