Job Description:

Perform pro-active as well as re-active expediting of purchase orders and assist with the procurement of low value items

Job Responsibilities:

• Expedite purchase order acknowledgments
• Provide administrative support services
• Expedite purchase order deliveries
• Assist with the processing of low value (LPO’s) emergency purchases and condonations purchase order

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication
• Knowledge of the SAP computer system (MM, PR)
• Knowledge of the procurement processes
• SAP
• Basic knowledge of the safety regulations OHS Act
• Computer literacy

Qualification & Experience:

• Grade 12
• 2 years relevant Commercial/Logistics experience
