Job Description:
To provide a comprehensive HR service on all the core HR processes which will enable Line Management to achieve Eskom strategic goals
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate developing and implementing of training and development plans
- Provide an advisory service to Line management and employees on all aspects of Eskom conditions of service
- Provide accurate management information and effective system support
- Customer, stakeholder communication and service
- Ensure a comprehensive Human Resource service for a dedicated Customer base in terms of total HR value chain
- Ensure an effective coordination of skills sourcing services to the area
- Supporting Line Management in improving good labour and employee relations
Job Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Trade Union Agreement
- Communication (verbal and written)
- Customer Services
- SAP HR
- Negotiation
- Good understanding of Human Resources processes
- Accuracy
- Facilitation
Qualification & Experience:
- National Diploma in HR or Behavioral Science
- Background in HR Generalist 3 years
