Job Description:
To provide strategic financial advice, consulting and assurance service to Eskom and its related businesses to optimize and sustain shareholder value
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice on the calculation of new pricing methodologies and ensure that methodologies are sustainable from a financial and business point view
- Provide input to policy formulation process in the area of financial management, capital budgeting corporate and project finance e.g (investment criteria, valuation methodologies, discount rates , capital structure ,etc)
- Perform business valuations of tax, sale impairment of assets or mergers and acquisitions
- Support division and operations units with issues of compliance to procedure on investment policies and decision
- Management of implementing of the investment strategy for Eskom Holding Ltd
- Conduct investment appraisals aimed at providing assurance, to the board and Exco that proposed investments are sound and meet required financial criteria

Qualification & Experience:
- 4 Years related experience in activities described above
- Bachelor’s Degree and post graduate qualification in Finance/ Business
