Job Description:
To support the implementation of documentation control standards, processes and procedures and providing administrative support function relating to the creation, renew, storage, retrieval and protection of business documents and records
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate and conduct quality control within the system and audits
- Liaison with relevant role players on operational business undertakings relating to document management including projects
- Maintenance of document management systems
- Provide administrative support in respect of documents
Job Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Indexing and retrieval skills
- Knowledge of documents and records control processes and systems
- Knowledge and understanding of information systems
- Understanding ISO 9001 requirements and applicability
- Documents Management
Qualification & Experience:
- 2 years’ related experience in a Documentation and Records Management
- National Diploma in Information Science / Archive Management / Library Sciences at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
- Grade 12
